Metamorphosis Project

For this project I decided to do a monocle turning into a pair of glasses. Below is a sketch trying to work out how the metamorphosis would go. 

I used Sculpey and cut out plastic for the lenses.

Progress on Container Project

We have an assignment where we have to use recycled materials to make a container. I decided to make a dress out of paper bags because technically a dress contains the torso for a women. 

Here's some notes on my plan for the dress made out of recyclable bags from Whole Foods and Trader Joes. It'll probably close in the back with a clasp like cereal boxes have. And here's a progress shot. More to come when I'm finally done. There's only half a skirt to go.
